INGREDIENTS
Sattu /roasted gram flour - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 1 cup
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Green cardamom - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter/ghee in a pan.
Roast the sattu / roasted gram flour on medium flame for five mins.
After stiring further for five mins switch off the flame.
Let the mixture cool down add sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix well.
When it cool shape it into ladoo.
