CORN PANCAKE


Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Grated fresh corn    -   1 cup
Gram flour   -  2 tbsp
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl add corn,gram flour,red chilly powder,salt and mix well.
Make a thick batter with the help of water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add one tbsp batter and spread it.
Flip when done on one side.
Drizzle the oil.
Serve hot with green chutney.
