INGREDIENTS
Spinach / palak puree - 1 bowl
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped ginger - 1/2 bowl
Chopped garlic - 1/2 bowl
Corn - 1/2 bowl
Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Mint powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cream - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
Whole black pepper - 2
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add whole garam masala to crackle.
Add onion and fry till brown.
Add ginger garlic and saute for 2 - 3 mins.'
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Add spinach / palak puree and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add green chilly,red chilly powder ,mint leavesand corn and mix well.
