INGREDIENTS
Rice flour - 1 cup
Soaked bengal gram / chana dal paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly paste - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl combine rice flour,wet chana dal paste and mix paste of ginger,curry leaves and green chilly and mix well.
Then add salt and butter and make a dough with some sprinkles of water.
Now take a small ball of dough in palm n press it gently also not very thick.
Then deep fry in hot oil in sim flame.
Enjoy with tea and coffee.
