INGREDIENTS
Guava / amrud - 3 - 4
Curd - 2 tbsp
Sauf - 1 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
Roasted mango powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Remove the seeds of the guava / amrud and chop it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add curd and fry it.
Add all the spices.
Add roasted mango powder / amchur and guava / amrud pieces and cook forr ten mins.
