INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 3 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
Finely chopped methi - 1 cup
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Green chilly paste - 2 tsp
Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
'Gram flour / besan - 1/4 cup
Roasted mango powder / amchur - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - a pinch
Black mustard seeds - a pinch'
Asafoetida - a pinch
METHOD
Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt and oil and mix well.
With the help of water knead a dough.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat one tsp oil in a pan.
Add asafoetida,black mustard seeds,cumin seeds to crackle.
Add cauliflower,green chilly paste and ginger paste and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add methi leaves and red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,gram flower,roasted mango powder and salt and mix well.
Cook well for 3 - 4 mins.
Now stuffing is ready.
Flatten the balls into round thick paratha.
Take another ball and flatten the ball into round thick paratha.
Stuff the gobi and methi filling and cover with another paratha.
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
Gobi methi paratha is ready to eat.
Serve garma garam paratha.
