STRAWBERRY KHEER

Prep Time : 10 mins
 Cooking Time : 30 mins
 Serve : 4

 INGREDIENTS
 Milk - 5 cup
 Gobindbhog rice - 1/4 cup
 Sugar - 1/4cup
  Chopped and  crush strawberry  - 1/2 cup
 Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
 cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
 Raisons - 1 tbsp

 METHOD
 Boil the milk in a high flame
. Once boiled keep it in a low flame and add rice and stirring continuously.
 Add sugar and mix well
. Cook in a slow flame.
 Add cardamom powder and mix well.
 Turn off the flame.
 Wash and chop the strawberry and blend into the blender and make a paste
. Once cooled add strawberries crush and mix well.
 Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins. Serve chilled.
