BAKED RASGULLA

Prep Time : 15 mins
 Cooking Time : 20 mins
 Serve : 4

 INGREDIENTS 
Rasgulla - 10 pieces
 Milk - 1 cup
 Milkmaid - 200 gms
 Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

 METHOD
 Take rasgulla and squeeze it and place into the baking dish.
 Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.
 Once boiled,keep it in a low flame
. Add milkmaid and mix well
. Stir continuously for thickening the milk.
Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder and mix well.
 Once cooled now add into the rasgulla tray and baked for 20 mins.
 Serve chilled.
