INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese/paneer - 200 gms
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 2
Sattu - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Fried onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Take a large bowl add cottage cheese/paneer,boiled potatoes, sattu,green chilly,coriander leaves,garam masala powder amchur powder,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,fried onion, oriander leaves,corn flour and salt and mix well..
Divide the dough into equal size balls
.
Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
.
Heat clarified butter in a non stick pan.
Place the paneer sammi kabab on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides.
