METHI CUTLET

Prep Time : 25 mins 
Cooking Time : 15 mins 
Serve : 4 

 INGREDIENTS 
 Methi leaves - 1 cup chopped 
Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp 
Boiled potatoes - 2 
Green chilly - 1 
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp 
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp 
Ginger - 1 inch stick 
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp 
Salt - to taste 
Oil - for frying 

For stuffing 
Mozeralla cheese - 2 tbsp 
Paneer - 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp 

 METHOD 
To make a powder of roasted peanuts .Peel potatoes and then mash it.
Add mashed potato along with red chilly powder, onion green chilly, grated ginger, salt, methi leaves, coriander leaves and roasted peanuts and mix well. 
Grate the mozzarella cheese and add paneer and pomegranate seeds and mix well and stuff into the potato and methi balls. 
 Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness. 
Heat oil in a pan., deep fry in hot oil until golden in color 
Always cook in medium flame, drain extra oil in paper napkin. 
Serve hot
