ĢINGERCHICKEN

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chicken  - 500 gms
Crushed ginger  - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 cup
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Salt - to taste
Tomato paste - 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 2
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp


METHOD
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Heat mustard oil in a pan  add cumin seeds  ando crackle now add  crushed ginger,green chilly and onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Add tomato paste and stir until oil leaves the pan.
Add tomato sauce and salt and mix well.
Now add one cup of water  and bring to boil,once boiled add paneer cubes and garam masala powder and cook for five mins
.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
