INGREDIENTS
Boneless fish pieces - 250 gms
Red chilly powder- 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Onion slices - 1 onion
METHOD
Take a bowl add fish pieces . and all the ingredients except oil and chat masala and marinate for ten mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the fish pieces from both the sides
Sprinkle some chat masala now stuffing is ready.
In a kneading bowl mix maida,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt with small amount of water to make a soft dough.
Keep aside for 10 to 15 mins. Divide the dough into round balls
.Roll out dough into thin circle with the help of rolling pin.
Heat the pan on a medium flame and make a chapati now add fish tikka and sliced onion and wrap it
Apply some oil and flip it.Roll it tightly.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
