CHOCOLATE EGGLESS BLUEBERRY CAKE

Cooking Time : 50 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida       -    1.5 cup
Sugar powder              -   1.5 cup
Hung curd             -  1 cup
Vanilla essence      -  1 tbsp
Baking powder      -  1 tsp
Salt                  -  a pinch
Crushed cashew nuts   -   1 tbsp
Cocoa powder       -  4 tbsp
Fresh cream       -     1 cup
METHOD
Sieve all purpose flour / maida ,cocoa powder,salt and baking powder together.
Take a mixing bowl add fresh cream,sugar powder and hung curd mix until creamy and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence,all purpose flour,cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add the blueberry and mix well.
Preheat oven into 180 degree C.
Grease and dust with flour a nine inch round baking cake pans.
Pour the batter into the dish.Bake for 50 mins in the preheated microwave oven.
Check by inserting a knife if it comes out clear it done.
Now the chocolate eggless blueberry cake is ready.

Now the delicious chocolate sponge cake is ready spread the chocolate syrup and garnish with grated dairy milk and blueberry.
