INGREDIENTS
Pav - 1
Grated cheese - 1 cup
Garlic pods - 4
Herbs - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly flax - 1 tsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsium - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped red bell pepper - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped yellow bell pepper - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic pods - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan add onion,capsium and bell pepper and saute for few mins in a high flame until crunchy,add salt and mix wellnow turn off the flame.
Take a bowl add butter, grated garlic chilly flax.black pepper powder,herbs and coriander leaves and mix well .
Cut the pav and spread garlic butter on the pav,now add grated cheese on the pav.
Spread onion and bell pepper mixture on the pav.
Now again add grated cheese on the pav and cover it and spread some garlic butter.
Grease the pan and place the pav and cover it and cook for five mins
Serve hot.
