TANDOORI ONION ROTI


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 45 mins
Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Multigrain  wheat flour - 2 cup
Salt - to taste
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 50 gms
Finely chopped onion - 2
Garam masala powder -  1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder  -  1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Take wheat flour and salt and mix well..
Knead a soft dough  with the help of water and keep aside for 30 mins
Take a bowl add onion,kashmiri red chilly powder,garam masala powder,coriander leaves,carom seeds and onion seeds and mix well.
Press the dough ball into onion,garam masala , kashmiri mirch p;owder and coriander leaves mixture
keep the topping side down and dust and roll the dough ball..
Heat the pressure cooker and led down sprinkle some water on the other side of the tandoori onion roti in order to stick it to the pressure cooker and cook it for one mins on a high flame .
After a minute when it starts to puff up place the roti on gas and cook on high flame till it gets golden brown.
Remove from heat,brush with ghee or butter,serve hot with curd and pickles
