INGREDIENTS
Poha - 1 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 cup
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a blender add poha and make a powder.
Heat water and salt in a pan,once boiled turn off the flame.
Add poha powder and besan and mix well,once cooled to add corn flour and mix it well.
Add 1 - 2 tbsp oil and make a s and makeoft dough,divide the dough into small balls and make kurkure shape with your palm.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kurkure until brown and crispy.
Add chat masala and kashmiri mirch powder and mix well
Kurkure is ready to serve.
