PANEER ROGAN JOSH

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 200 gms
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Black pepper  - 2 - 3
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 1
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp


METHOD
Heat mustard oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer cubes and strain it
Take a bowl add curd,coriander powdr,red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan add whole garam masala to crackle now add curd mixture and stir continuously until oil leaves the pan and now add half cup of water and bring to boil.
Once boiled add fried paneer cubes and garam masala powder and cook for five mins
Add salt and mix well.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
