SUJI CUTLET


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
Suji    -   1/2 cup
Finely chopped carrot  -   1/4 cup
Finely chopped capsicum -  1/4 cup
Finely chopped green chilly    -  1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves    -      1 tsp
Boiled n mashed potato - 1
Salt    - to taste
Oil      - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Rice flour  -  1 tsp
Water    -1cup
Oil   -  for shallow frying

METHOD
Heat one cup of water in a pan.
Add 1/2 cup suji,,,salt, and 1 tsp oil and mix well.
Stir continuously till mixture leave the side of the pan.
Once cooled,add capsicum,carrot,green chilly,coriander leaves, boiled n mashed potato and rice flour and mix well
Divide the suji mixture into six parts.
To make a flat patties of medium thickness
Coat them with sesame seeds
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the cutlet golden and crispy.
Serve hot with tea.
