BOURBON BISCUIT CAKE


Prep Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 45 mins
Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Bourbon biscuit - 2 pkt
Milk - 250 mi
Butter - 2 tbsp
Eno fruit salt - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp


METHOD..
Crush all the biscuits and add in the blender
First grind all biscuits in a grinder to make fine powder.
Now  add powdered biscuit ,butter milk ,and sugar and grind it
Add eno and again grind properly.
Pour this batter into the greased tin...and tap nicely,at the top add almonds
..And keep it in preheated  oven for 45 min .Or until it cook...On 180°.
