CARROT AND CORIANDER LEAVES SOUP


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve :2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped carrot - 1 cup
Chopped potatoes  - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Crushed garlic - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Pressure cook the carrot,onion and potatoes with one cup of water for ten five mins.
Once cooled,to add in the blender to make a paste
Heat clarified butter in a pan,add garlic and cook for few mins
Now add coriander leaves and mix well.
Add carrot and potato paste and  one cup of water and mix well.
Add half cup of milk and cook for five mins.
Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
