CARROT AND CABBAGE PARATHA



Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1 /4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp for kneading the dough
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp for shallow frying

METHOD
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,cabbage,carrot,green chilly,coriander leaves,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tbsp butter and mix well.
Make a dough with the help of little water and keep aside for 15 mins,divide the dough into equal size balls. and roll them with rolling pin.
On a heated pan make  carrot cabbage paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides,serve hot.
