INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla custard powder - 1 tbsp
Butter - 100 gms
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Egg - 1
Grated lemon zest - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Tutti fruity - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Sieve all purpose flour ,custard powderd and baking powder together.
Take a mixing bowl add butter and sugar and mix until creamy and fluffy
Beat the egg and add it
Add all purpose flour and baking powder and mix well.
Add grated lemon zest in it.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add tutti fruity and mix well.
Pour the batter into silicon mould cup cake and microwave it for six mins
Now the lemon cup cake is ready.
