INGREDIENTS
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 cup
Finely chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 2 tbsp
Carrot - 2 tbsp
Water - 3 cup
Chopped garlic cloves - 3 - 4
Ginger chopped - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat butter in a pressure cooker
Add garlic cloves and ginger and saute for one mins.
Add coriander leaves and all veggies and mix well.
Mix corn flour in half cup of cold water and add in the soup.
Add three cup of water and lemon juice,salt and cover the lid.
When cooker release the whistle switch off the flame.
Once cooled ,blend in the blender .
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve .
