CARROT SOUP

Prep Time : 15 mins 
Cooking Time : 20 mins 
Serve : 2

 INGREDIENTS 
Finely chopped carrot - 2 
Chopped ginger - 1 inch stick
 Salt - to taste 
Butter - 2 tbsp
 Black pepper powder - 1 tsp 
Coriander leaves - for garnishing 

 METHOD 
Boil carrot, garlic and ginger in a pressure cooker with one cup of water.
 After one whistle turn off the flame.
 Once cooled to make a paste. 
Heat butter in a pan,add carrot puree and cook for two to three mins now add three cup of water and cook for ten mins. 
Add black pepper powder and salt and mix well. 
Serve hot.
