INGREDIENTS
Sugar - 1/4 to caramalize
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1 cup
Custard powder - 4 tbsp
Cherry for garnishing
METHOD
Heat a pan add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir continuously on a high flame.
Cook until the sugar melts and caramalize it,pour it into the bowl.
Boil milk in a pan and cool it
Take a bowl add custard powder,sugar and mix the boiled and cool milk and curd and mix well.
Now add into the carmalized sugar bowl and steam for 25 mins.
Once cooled flip it.
Garnish with cherry and serve chilled.
