INGREDIENTS
Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
French beans - 5 - 6 finely chopped
Cabbage - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Carrot - 1/2cup finely chopped
Capsicum - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Take a pan add sweet corn,carrot,cabbage and capsicum and three cup of water and bring to boil.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame for fifteen mins.
Add corn flour and mix well.
Add sugar,salt and white pepper and mix well.
Add butter and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
