INGREDIENTS
Spinach puree - 1/2 cup
Oats - 1/2 cup
Suji/semolina - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Grind the oats to make a fine powder.
Take a large bowl add oats powder,suji,curd,salt,spinach puree and one cup of water to make smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add one spoon batter and spread it.
At the top add grated carrot and cover it and cook for one mins in a medium flame.
Flip it when it turns little red.
Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter.
