ALOO BONDA




Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 3

INGREDIENTS
Boiled n grated potato     -  1/2 bowl
Paneer      -    2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly -   1/4 tsp
Crushed coriander seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds   -  1/4 tsp
Chopped garlic     - 1/4 tsp
Chopped onion    -   2 tbsp
Red chilly powder    -  1/4 tsp
Salt    -  to taste
Bread crumbs  -  2 tbsp
Oil       -   for frying
Gram flour   -  2 tbsp

METHOD

Take a large bowl add paneer,onion,green chilly,crushed coriander leaves,fennel seeds,chopped garlic
Season with red chilly powder and salt.
Add boiled and grated potatoes and mix well.
Take a bowl add gram flour,salt and half cup of water to make a thick batter
Divide the dough into three parts
To make a round shape of dough dip in the thick batter..
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the bonda golden and crispy.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
