ATTA GARLIC NOODLES WITH BOILED EGGS


Prep Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Atta noodles  -  200 gms
Schezwan sauce  -  2 tbsp
Chilly garlic sauce - 2 tbsp
Chopped spring onion  -  2 - 3
Chopped carrot  -  2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum  -  1/2 cup
Garlic paste  -  1 tsp
Olive oil  -  3 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Cloves  -  2
Tiny piece of carrot  -  1
Cloves  -  2
Eggs - 2
Hard boiled eggs  -  2
Tomato slice -  2

METHOD
Heat water in a pan ,add pinch of salt and one tbsp oil.
Add noodles and boil it,once boiled ,turn off the flame.
Wash the noodles in a cold water and strain it
Brush the oil into the noodles,add schezwan sauce,chilly garlic sauce and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan,add garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add spring onion and all veggies and saute till crunchy in a high flame.
Now break the egg and saute for 3 - 4 mins and now add boiled noodles and cook on a high flame for 3 - 4 mins
Add salt and  mix well.
Place the noodles on the serving plate,remove the skin of the boiled eggs and place in the middle of the noodles plate
Slice of tiny piece of carrot to make a mouth and two cloves to make eyes of the boiled eggs.
At the top add tomato slices to make a cap.
