INGREDIENTS
Semolina / suji - 1/2 cup
Curd - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a large bowl add semolina/suji,onion,green chilly,coriander leaves,salt,curd and baking powder and mix well.
Make a thick batter.
Keep aside for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the pakora until golden n crispy.
Serve hot with tea.
