INGREDIENTS
Soaked yellow mong dal / lentil - 1/2 bowl
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped tomato - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped cucumber - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Roasted crushed peanuts - 1tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
For dressing
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Take a large bowl combine cucumber,onion,tomato,green chilly and soaked yellow moong dal / lentil.
Mix the dressing and add in the salad.
Seasoning with red chilly powder and salt and mix well.
Garnish with roated peanuts.
Serve chilled.
