INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 1 bowl
Boiled n mashed potato - 1 bowl
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
For filling
Boiled n mashed potato - 1 bowl
White pepper - a pinch
Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Keep rest for 30 mins.
Take a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato.salt.white pepper powder,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
Now filling is ready.
Divide the dough into balls.
Stuff the filling in the dough and wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
No need to use rolling pins.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Add kachori lower the heat and fry till light brown.
Serve hot with chutney.
