INGREDIENTS
Soaked sabudana / sago - 1/2 cup
Boiled and grated potato - 2
Crushed and roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Grated ginger - 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Soak sabudana /sago for 3 - 4 hours.
Strain it and keep for half an hour.

We take sabudana/sago and potato mixture dough directly on the pan and spread it.
Make thalipeeth applying oil on both the sides are cooked golden brown in color.
