INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese / paneer - 200 gms
Finely chopped onion - 2 big size
Garlic cloves - 5 - 6
Finely chopped tomato - 1 - 2
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
'Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
In a blender add tomato,onion,gingerand garlic cloves and blend it.
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Add onion and tomato paste and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add red chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder nd saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add one cup of water and salt and cook for 7 - 8 mins.
Cottage cheese / paneer cut in diced.
Add cottage cheese / paneer in the pan and cook for 2 mins on low flame.
Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapatis.
