BABY POTATOES AND GREEN GARLIC SUBJI

Prep Time : 10 mins Cooking Time : 20 mins Serve : 2 INGREDIENTS Chopped baby potatoes - 1 cup Chopped green garlic leaves - 2 cup Red chilly powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Chopped tomato - 2 Garam masala powder - 1 tsp Green chilly - 1 Salt - to taste Clarified butter - 3 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp METHOD Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the potatoes and remove it. Again in the same pan add cumin seeds to crackle. Add fried potatoes and green garlic leaves,green chilly,tomato ,salt and all dry spices and also add 2 tbsp water and saute until oil leaves the pan. Cover the lid and simmer the flame and cook for ten mins. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with chapatis.
