BUTTER SCOTCH SAUCE

 


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Sugar  - 1 cup
Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
Honey  - 2 tbsp
Salt  - 1/2 tsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add sugar,honey,salt to carmalize it in a slow flame
Turn off the flame and spread into the grease plate
