BUTTER SCOTCH BURFI

Serve  : 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer -  250 gms
Milkmaid  -  250 gms
Cardamom powder  -  1 tsp
Crushed almonds  -  1 tbsp
Crushed  pistachio  - 1 tbsp
Butter scotch    -   1 cup

METHOD
Grate the  paneer  and very well. 
Heat the pan and add milkmaid and paneer and mix well until the  mixture is thick. 
No need to add sugar add cardamom powder and  half cup of butter scotch and mix well.
Pour the mixture on the plate and spread it.
Garnish with crushed almonds,butter scotch and pistacho
Cut in a diamond shape.


For butter scotch

INGREDIENTS
Sugar  - 1 cup
Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
Honey  - 2 tbsp
Salt  - 1/2 tsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add sugar,honey,salt to carmalize it in a slow flame
Turn off the flame and spread into the grease plate
