INGREDIENTS
Soya chunks - 1.5 cup
Boiled n mashed potatoes - 4
Cloves - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 1
Whole black pepper - 2 - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Green chilly - 2
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Corn flour - 5 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
Clarified butter - for shallow frying
METHOD
Boil soya bean with salt and three cup of water for five mins. and strain it
Once cooled to add the boiled soya bean into the blender with cloves,cinnamon, whole black pepper,ginger stick and green chilly and grind coarsely.
Take a bowl add soya bean mixture n mashed potatoes, and mix well
Add coriander powder, red chilly powder ,turmeric powder,3 tbsp corn flour and salt and mix well.
Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
Take 2 tbsp corn flour and half cup of water make a slurry and dip the kabab into the slurry and coat with bread crumb.
Heat clarified butter in a pan and shallow fry the kabab in a medium flame.
Serve hot with mayonnaise.
