CHICKEN CAFREAL

 


Prep Time  : 60 mins
Cooking Time  : 45 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces  -  500 gms
Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tbsp
Green chilly   -  7 - 8
Coriander leaves  - 1 bunch
Sliced onion  -  3 onion
Chopped tomato - 1
Cumin seeds  -  1 tsp
Coriander seeds  -  1 tsp
Cloves  -  4 - 5
Whole black pepper  -  4 - 5
Cinnamon  -  1 inch stick
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Vinegar  -  1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp
Butter  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Dry roast the cinnamon stick,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,whole black pepper and cloves.
Once cooled take a blender add whole roasted garam masala,ginger garlic,green chilly,vinegar and coriander leaves and make a paste
Marinate chicken with these paste.
Keep aside for an hour.
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add sliced onion and saute till pink now add tomato and mix well
Add marinated chicken and cook for ten mins in high flame.
Add half cup of water and cover it.
Cook in a simmer for 7 - 8 mins.
Serve hot with fried rice
