DRYFRUITS RAITA


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serve : 2


Curd  - 1 cup
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Black salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Clarified butter - 1tsp
Cherry - for garnishing

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan add almonds and fry it now add cashew nuts and turn off the flame add raisins and mix well.
Whisk the curd.
Add  black salt,sugar and fried dry fruits into the curd and mix it well
Garnish with dry fruits and cherry and serve chilled
