SAVORY MUFFINS


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Suji - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chillie powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped corinder leaves - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Oil for shallow fry

METHOD
. Take suji ,salt and one cup of water in a pan
. Let it cook and stir continuously
. After 2 min. Mixture is  thick.
. When it left the pan add 1 tsp oil,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and mix well.
. Turn off the gas.
. After that grate the potato and mix in the suji mixture.
. Add rice flour.
. Add Chopped coriander leaves and grated carrot and mix well.
. Mix well and make a dough.
. Set this mixture in the mold
. Place in the fridge for an hour
. When it set de mold and cut in the pieces.
. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry these pieces.
