PANEER DILBAHAR

INGREDIENTS
Paneer cubes   -   200 gms
Clarified butter  -  2 tbsp
Onion paste  -  1 onion
Coriander powder  - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida  -  1/4 tsp
Carom seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi  -  1 tsp
Fresh cream  - 2 tbsp
Salt  - to taste
Oil  - 1 tsp

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer cubes
Dip the fried paneer cubes in fresh water.
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds and asafoetida to crackle.
Add onion paste and fry in a medium flame until pink.
When onion becomes pink add all spices and mix well
Add salt,kasuri methi and fresh cream and stir continuously.
Add one cup of water and come to boil.
When it boiled add paneer cubes and cook for five mins.
Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
