Suji / semolina - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts powder - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Condensed milk - 200 gms/1/2 tin
Heat clarified butter in a heavy bottom pan.
Roast the semolina on medium flame until light brown in color and gave out the fragrance.
Add condensed milk and cook until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
Add cardamom powder,cashew nuts powder and raisins and mix well.
Shape it into laddu.
