INGREDIENTS
Curd - 3/4 cup
All purpose flour - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Rai/black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Methi dana - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Take a bowl add curd and all purpose flour and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds,rai,black salt,fennel seeds,methi dana,onion seeds and as asafoetida to crackle.
Add onion and saute until golden brown.
Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and black salt and mix well.
Now add curd and salt and stir continuously.
Add paneer cubes and salt and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
