BREAD ROLLS


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Brown bread -  4 slices
Boiled n mashed potatoes      -   2 big
Green chilly - 1  
Cumin seeds powder  -  1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder  -  a pinch
Salt     - to taste
Coriander leaves   -  1 tbsp
Lemon juice  -  1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Oil  -  for frying

METHOD
Take a large bowl combine  boiled n mashed potatoes,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds powder,black pepper powder,salt,coriander leaves and lemon juice .
Now stuffing is ready
Cut the edges of the bread.
Dip the bread in a bit of salted water.
Now fill the stuffing inside a bread, and roll into balls,
Keep in the fridge for two hours.
In a pan heat the oil and add the bread rolls, lower the heat and deep fry till light brown.
Serve hot.
