INGREDIENTS
Hung curd - 1 bowl
Apple cut in cubed - 1
Banana cut in diced - 1
Grapes cut in half - 1/2 bowl
Orange - 1
Powder sugar - 4 tbsp
Cookies - 1 - 2
METHOD
Wash and peel the apple cut in cubes.
Peel the banana and cut in diced.
Wash the grapes and cut in two pieces.
Remove the skin of the orange.
Take a bowl add crushed cookies.
Now add chopped fruits and 1 tbsp sugar powder.
Beat the hung curd till light and fluffy or you can take whipped cream..
Add sugar powder and mix well.
Now spread the hung curd at the top of the fruit.
Garnish with chopped fruits.
Serve chilled.
