INGREDIENTS
Fresh green gram/hara chana - 1 cup
Gram flour/besan - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Hot spices/garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted mango powder/amchur - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Curd water - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Wash and coarsely grind the green gram.
Add gram flour,rice flour,hot spices,black pepper powder,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,onion,cumin seeds,amchur,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Sprinkle curd water and make a ball.
Keep in the freeze for two to three hours.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Deep fry in slow flame until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with tea.
