INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Grated jaggery/gud - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1.5 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a large bowl mix together wheat flour,jaggery/gud,cardamom powder,clarified butter,milk,cashew nuts and raisins.
Make a smooth batter.
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Pour one tbsp batter into the hot oil.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
Flipping once in between.
Always cook in medium flame.
Serve hot.
