CHICKEN KORMA

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
For marination
Chicken - 500 gms
Kashmiri mirch powder  - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sliced onion - 5 cup
Onion paste - 1 onion
Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

Bay leaf  -- 1

Cinnamon - 1 inch stick

Green cardamom  - 1

Black cardamom - 1

Cloves  - 3

Whole black pepper - 3 - 4

Curd  - 4 tbsp

Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 cup
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 10
Makhana - 20




METHOD
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder,onion paste,curd and salt.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan dd cumin seeds,cloves,black pepper ,bay leaf and cinnamon and  now add chopped onion saute for 4 - 5 mins now add marinated chicken and cook on high flame for five mins and cover the lid.
Cook chicken simmer for ten mins until it cooked now add fresh cream and mix well.
Heat ghee in a pan now add chopped onion and fry for five mins and now add cashew nuts and makhana and cook in a simmer for five mins and turn off the frame.
Once cooled to make a paste an d add in the chick
Serve hot with naan
