INGREDIENTS
Whole moong dal - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt -- to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Soak whole moong dal for 4 - 5 hours.
Drain and make a paste.
Add onion,green chilly,coriander leaves and salt and one cup of water to make a batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add one tbsp batter and spread it.
Drizzle one tsp oil.
Flip it and cook both the sides.
Serve hot.
